Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby!

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. They have over 300 locations nationwide and have been featured on The Today Show and in many national publications. The program includes power walking and intervals of body training. The classes are taught by certified instructors (who are moms) and it’s a great workout for any level of exerciser. The classes will take place in the common area of the mall (starting in Food Court), Monday through Friday from 9am -10am.

Pembroke Lakes Mall supports Habitat for Humanity of Broward

Pembroke Lakes Mall has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Broward to work on elimination of poverty housing in our community. This is a part of national partnership between General Growth Properties, (Pembroke Lakes Mall's owner/management company) and Habitat for Humanity International. Over the next three years, shoppers will be invited to participate in fundraising events, awareness campaigns and volunteer opportunities to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Broward. AMBER Alert Notifications Uniting America to Protect All Children

The first few hours are the most important when it comes to finding missing children. When there is an active AMBER Alert in the community, signage will be placed in the mall in high traffic locations. Thousands of shoppers will have access to the information, giving tremendous advantage to law enforcement working against the clock to reunite these children with their families.
